You Will Be Missed
You will
be missed.
For all
that you've taught,
For all
that you did.
And for
all that you would've done,
If death
hadn't taken your souls grip.
The
escape from bedlam,
The
courage to fight it back,
The hope
shattered to crumbs,
You
restored at the time we needed most.
Against
fundamental atrocities helped us triumph.
But now
your own words have failed you,
Sadness
and depression taken their toll.
And into
the wind you flew,
Knowing
your job's done; Knowing there's only emptiness,
Watching
the same old with nothing new.
But your
words will echo through our souls,
For
eternity and evermore to pick us -
Up when
we fall down and remind us of our goals.
Your
words will never die till we live,
You are
the saviour that helped patch or holes.
Yet all
that irks is,
None
could reach to you where you reached to all.
Every
word deep enough to dive for hours at this,
And
beyond all pain and sorrow I -
Can only
say you will be deeply missed.
A fitting tribute to a legend !
